Terms of business

1. General

These terms of business apply to all agreements between Code Creations ("we") and the customer ("you") regarding the delivery of digital services, including websites, webshops, hosting, maintenance and digital setup.

Websites on subscription and maintenance plans are also covered by our subscription terms. If the two documents disagree, the subscription terms take precedence.

2. Services and delivery

We deliver the services agreed in the specific agreement between you and Code Creations. Websites are delivered either as a website on subscription or as a WordPress website at a fixed price based on a quote. Webshops are delivered as WordPress projects at a fixed price based on a quote.

What a website on subscription includes, such as included changes and number of pages, is described in our subscription terms.

Delivery times depend on the scope of the project and are agreed individually. We make every effort to meet all agreed deadlines and communicate proactively if delays arise.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) excluding VAT unless otherwise indicated. Projects are invoiced 50% at the start and 50% at launch unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms are net 8 days from the invoice date.

In the event of late payment, interest accrues from the due date in accordance with the Danish Interest Act (renteloven).

4. Subscriptions and maintenance plans

Payment, setup fee, renewal, commitment, cancellation and price changes for websites on subscription and maintenance plans are described in our subscription terms.

5. Rights

The customer owns all content (text, images, logos) that the customer provides for the project. Code Creations retains the copyright to design and code until full payment has been received, after which the rights are transferred to the customer.

Code Creations reserves the right to use completed projects as references in its portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability

Code Creations is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of business, loss of profit or loss of data. Our total liability cannot exceed the amount the customer has paid for the service in question during the preceding 12 months.

7. Disputes

Any dispute will first be sought resolved amicably. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute is settled under Danish law by the Danish courts.

8. Language

These terms are a translation of the Danish original (handelsbetingelser). In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Danish version prevails.
