A website on subscription is usually live in 2-4 weeks. A WordPress website typically takes 1-3 months from kick-off to launch, depending on the scope - webshops can take a little longer.
Yes, if you choose a WordPress website. You can log in and edit text, images and products yourself. If you choose a website on subscription, we handle every change for you - you just tell us what needs changing.
Our maintenance plans are for WordPress websites and include updates of WordPress, theme and plugins, security monitoring, backups, uptime monitoring, speed optimisation and priority support. If you have a website on subscription, all of this is already included in the price. See all the details on our pricing page.
Your domain and your content are always yours. A WordPress website is 100% yours as soon as the project is paid for and handed over. A website on subscription is a complete service covering design, hosting and ongoing changes - and once you have had your subscription for at least 12 months, we release the website to you on cancellation, as if it had been bought at a project price. You are then free to move it to another provider.
Yes, we are happy to help with both copy and images as an add-on. The price depends on the scope - for projects it is included in your project price, and for subscription websites it is billed as a one-off cost at the start.
Yes, gladly! We take over any WordPress website and make sure it moves safely to our hosting - and from then on we keep it updated and secure with one of our maintenance plans. Get in touch and we will look at your current setup together.
