How we use AI

We use AI tools to work faster and smarter - for example for research, for drafting text and code, and for getting fresh perspectives on a task. AI helps us deliver more in less time, so you get more value for your money.

AI is a tool that supports our work. It is not the product itself, and it does not make the decisions for us.

Human responsibility and quality assurance

A human designs, reviews and takes responsibility for everything we deliver. Nothing is passed on to you without us having gone through it, adapted it and made sure it meets our standards and your needs.

You always work with us - not with a machine.

Your data and confidentiality

We make every effort to treat your information confidentially and avoid entering sensitive or confidential customer data into AI tools. We do not knowingly allow your data to be used to train AI models.

If you have particular wishes or requirements for how your data is handled, just let us know - and we will adapt accordingly.

Quality and your choice

Whatever tools we use along the way, our commitment is the same: quality you can be proud of. You are always welcome to ask how we use AI on your particular project, and you can let us know if you have preferences about it.
