What information do we collect?

When you sign up for our newsletter or contact us through our contact form, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Subject of your enquiry (if chosen)
• Company (if provided)
• Phone number (if provided)
• Message content

Purpose of processing

We use your information to answer enquiries, send relevant updates about our services, and deliver the services you have ordered. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) for newsletters, and on our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) for contact forms and customer service.

Storage and data processor

Newsletter data is stored with our email service provider SureContact, which acts as data processor. The data is stored for as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter.

Statistics

We use the analytics tool Umami to understand how our website is used - for example which pages are visited most. Umami is cookieless and only collects anonymised information such as page views, browser type and the country a visit comes from.

The information cannot be used to identify you as a person. Data is stored with Umami (EU-hosted) and is not shared with anyone else.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Have inaccurate information corrected
• Have your information deleted
• Withdraw your consent at any time
